All items purchased from The Organica Emporium is made pursuant to shipping arrangements and we are not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post or any other couriers. We choose Australia Post as our common carrier because of their worldwide best-practices services, highly regarded reputation and allegiances with local post offices throughout the world.
Products are not covered by insurance, and if required is at the responsibility of the consumer.
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately by email at info@theorganicaemporium.com.au
